Diagnosis of strategic situation and orientation in the toy sector

"The aim of this project is the preparation of an analysis of the strategic diagnosis and advice for toy companies. Secondary and primary sources of information will be studied in order to adapt the available market information to the specific characteristics of each company. The end public and targets will be investigated; the product portfolio will be reviewed. This information will be used in training higher or intermediate staff in: strategic planning, consumer orientation and forecasting."
